Completion of exchanges
Quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings
Reliability of users
Outcomes of agreements between users
All exchanges are conducted at the users’ own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swaptera shall not be liable for:
Losses or damages resulting from user interactions
Failed trades or agreements
Misrepresentation by users
Product defects or service quality issues
Financial losses, injuries, or disputes arising from exchanges
Users assume full responsibility for their participation on the platform.
8. User Content & Listings
By posting content, listings, images, or trade requests on Swaptera, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute such content for platform operations and marketing purposes.
Users retain ownership of their original content.
9. Account Suspension & Removal
Swaptera reserves the right to:
Remove listings
Restrict account access
Suspend or terminate users
Investigate suspicious or harmful activity
This may occur without prior notice if we believe platform safety or integrity is at risk.
10. Safety & User Conduct
Users are encouraged to:

11. Taxes & Legal Obligations
